艾斯拉水晶石英球

The weight of it in my palm is so grounding, and the smooth surface feels amazing against my neck after a long day. I’ve been using it for trigger point work on my shoulders and it really does help melt the tension away. Meditation feels deeper with it held too.

I keep one on my desk and use it during tense work calls—the crystal stays cool and the weight is perfect for palm pressure. Rolled it on my neck after a long day and it honestly worked better than I expected.

The smooth surface feels great against sore spots on my shoulders, and it stays cool in my hand during meditation. I keep it on my desk for quick tension relief during work breaks.
