BGD Sport Muscle Recovery Lotion

The pump dispenses just the right amount, and the lotion sinks in fast without that greasy film, which I appreciate after a heavy session. It’s become the last step of my post-workout routine, and my skin feels noticeably less tight by morning.

I've been using this after bike rides and the soothing warmth it provides really helps my quads feel less stiff the next day. It absorbs fast without feeling greasy, which is a huge plus.

My calves were still tight the morning after a long run, so I rubbed this in before work and the tightness eased off way faster than usual. It sinks in quickly without leaving that greasy film on my sheets either.
